  • Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (VIP Access Only)
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Table Specifics & Pricing

Elevate your presence with our standard vendor tables, perfect for showcasing tools, supplies, and creations. All tables are 6 ft x 30 inches (standard height). Table risers are highly recommended.

• What's Included: One vendor pass per table (allows full access for the primary vendor).
• Power Access: Available upon request—outlets along walls; center-room extension provided by staff.
• Setup Note: Provide your own table coverings (must drape to the floor; no visible boxes or packing materials during show hours).

Vendor Requirements & Stipulations

To ensure a smooth, professional experience for all, vendors must adhere to these guidelines. Compliance is key for full deposit refunds and a successful show.

Setup & Attendance

• Setup Deadline: Be fully ready by 5:00 PM sharp on March 13 for VIP guests (arrive early to comply).
• Full Commitment: Attend all three days and remain until official close (Sunday, 3:00 PM). No early breakdowns.
• Booth Management: Clean your booth area and remove any trash and cardboard to approved trash locations.
