Show Details for Vendors requirements:

Vendor setup is Friday 10am-5pm March 31, 2023.

Vendors must be setup to receive customers by 5pm sharp on on Friday evening.

Cancelation after December 1, 2022 will result in a 50% refund of table fees and the remaining 50% will be converted to sponsorship fees.

Cancelation after January 1, 2023 will result in 100% of your table fees converting to sponsorship fees.

No shared tables of multiple vendors without prior approval.

Each vendor table provides up to TWO vendor passes to the event.

Extra Vendor passes can be purchased separately at $25 each.

Previous years vendors have preferential admittance to the 2023 show.
Table Specifics:

Purchase of tables must be approved by event staff.

Vendor Tables are 6' x 30" counter height tables (not standard height tables).

Early bird table fees will be $150 each table. Vendor tables purchased after December 1, 2022 will be $175 each, and after January 1, 2022 will be $200 each.
