Show Details Stipulations and Requirements for Vendors:

  • Show starts at 5pm sharp March 14, 2025 for our VIP access for customers until 7pm.

  • Vendors must be setup and ready to receive VIP guests promptly at 5pm.

  • Cancelation after December 1, 2024 will result in a 50% refund of table fees and the remaining 50% will be converted to sponsorship fees.

  • Cancelation after January 1, 2024 will result in 100% of your table fees converting to sponsorship fees. No shared tables of multiple vendors without prior approval.

  • One vendor pass per vendor table.

  • Previous years vendors have preferential admittance to the 2025 show.

  • Tables must be covered to the floor and no boxes or packing items can be visible during show hours. Vendors will need to provide their own table coverings.

  • Vendors are responsible for the licenses and taxes related to their sales.

  • The sales tax rate for Manassas, VA is 6%.

  • Vendors are responsible for paying sales tax.

  • Electrical power will be provided to vendors upon request. There are power outlets along the outside walls. The MATE staff will provide power to tables in the center of the room upon request.

  • Each vendor is responsible for a clean table space that must be clear of all trash and debris upon end of show clean up.

  • There is a $100 refundable deposit required for each vendor. Deposits will be repaid within two weeks via check mailed to each vendor. Full refund is dependent upon following rules and stipulations for the 2025 show listed in this form.

  • Vendors must attend ALL three days and stay for the entire duration of the show.

  • Vendor booth's may not be left unattended during show hours except for short break periods or during a vendor scheduled demonstration.

  • Vendors may not break down their booths until the show closure on Sunday at 3pm.

  • Vendors must stay in their assigned space and may NOT sublet any part of their space or use any aisle space.

Table Specifics:

  • Purchase of tables must be approved by event staff.

  • Vendor Tables are 6' x 30" standard height tables.

  • Table Rates:

    • Early bird table fees will be $150 each table

    • After December 1, 2024 will be $175 each

    • After January 1, 2025 will be $200 each
